At SACIC we are committed to providing a personal, responsive and accessible hearing implant service to meet your individual needs across your lifetime. This includes the following:
- Routine programming of your device
- Ongoing assessments to monitor your progress
- Equipment upgrade (for eligible clients) to ensure you have access to the latest technology
- Equipment troubleshooting and supply of loan devices
- Liaison with various funding organisations including Private Health Insurance Providers, Department of Veterans' Affairs, Australian Hearing and the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA)*
- Communication with other health care providers involved in your ongoing care
*SACIC is a Registered NDIS Provider
SACIC is also the only cochlear implant service in South Australia to provide state-wide access to audiological services. SACIC provides services to metropolitan, outer metropolitan and regional sites including:
